This store is in such a convenient spot for me, right by places I already go anyway. Nice. Parking was simple too, so grabbing my order was quick and didn’t feel like a hassle at all. Easy...

I kept waiting to hear something back, but nothing came through unless I called myself. It felt a bit like I was trapped in the process, not knowing what was going on or when I’d get an update. I just wish communication had been more proactive.

My bill came out wrong, like not the amount it was supposed to be, and getting it fixed took weeks. It was frustrating and just felt more difficult than it needed to be.

I kept finding stuff I wanted that showed as available, got all excited, started planning the whole room in my head, and then suddenly it would change at checkout or even later. Like, why do this to me? It was so frustrating and made trying to put a room together way more stressful than it needed to be

The item itself might be fine, but the packaging arrived in rough shape. The side was ripped open a bit, and all the corners were dented and crushed, especially one corner that looked like it had been dropped. I noticed the tape was wrinkled too, like the box had been squeezed during shipping. Not the best first impression...

I just couldn’t get into the look of it . Everything felt kind of boxy and dull , and it didn’t have that warm , cozy feel I was hoping for . It’s probably fine for someone else , but it’s not really my style .

The furniture looks nice now that it’s put together, so overall I’d say it’s okay. Assembly wasn’t quite as easy as I thought it would be, though. The instructions were mostly clear, but a few pieces didn’t line up perfectly, so it ended up taking longer than I planned. Not a huge deal, probably worth it in the end, just a little frustrating while putting it together.

The financing option really helped me split up the cost of the couch, which was nice. Approval was quick, like really quick, so that part was easy. I just wish the terms were a little clearer before getting to checkout. Overall though, it was easy and worked out fine.

It arrived fast overall. The only thing was they missed the first delivery time slot, and I had made sure to be around for it, so that was a bit annoying. Still, it showed up soon after, so I can’t complain too much.

The sales guy was really helpful and pointed me in the right direction, which I appreciated. Checkout was a little slow and kind of confusing though, haha. Overall not a bad experience, just wish the ending had been smoother.

I actually like the products, but using the site was kind of a pain. Ugh. Pages were loading slowly for me, and the filters didn’t always seem to work right, so I kept having to backtrack. Annoying. A few items showed as available at first, then later I found out they weren’t available in my area. Weird. Checkout was fine overall, but it could’ve been clearer. It just felt like the whole process was harder than it needed to be.

I was hoping to find clearer sustainability details, but everything felt vague. There’s tons of furniture listed, but not much real proof about the materials, packaging, or how eco-friendly it actually is. I also felt kind of passed around trying to get answers, which made the whole experience more frustrating. Not super impressed, honestly.

The shipping cost was way too high. I don’t mind paying a little extra when it makes sense, but this felt like more effort and money than it was worth just to get the item delivered.

They showed up right on time (which I really appreciated) and took care of everything carefully from start to finish. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience

There’s some really nice stuff here, and I did like browsing through it. A few things definitely caught my eye, so that was good. I just kept thinking there could be a bit more variety, like more styles or choices or something. Not a bad experience at all, I just wanted a little more to look through.

I ordered this sometime last month, or maybe the end of the month before, and when it showed up it just wasn’t what the listing made it seem like. The look was different and the measurements didn’t match up either. Frustrating, honestly

Not gonna lie, I’m happy with this sofa overall. It feels sturdy, looks really nice in the room, and the fabric seems good quality. The only issue was that one of the legs was a little uneven at first, but it wasn’t a huge deal once I adjusted it

I ordered a dining table and a couple of chairs from Scandinavian Designs, and for the most part I’m happy with what I got. The prices were better than a lot of other modern furniture stores I looked at, and the table and chairs feel solid for the money. That said, the delivery took longer than I expected, and one of the chairs arrived with a small scratch, which was frustrating. Customer service did help me out, but i still feel like an apology would’ve been appropriate given the delay and the damaged item. Overall, not a perfect experience, but the furniture itself feels like good value

I really wanted to like this chair because it looks great, but wow, it is not comfortable. It started hurting my back quickly, which was especially annoying because I got it right when I needed to sit for long hours. Terrible timing, and just really disappointing.
